Greetings and thankyou for existing. In some time between 03 and '04,I finally had what amounts to a nervous breakdown that had been riding my back for a very long time. My subsequent behavior and decisions coming from desperation and learned survivor behavior snowballed into my 27 month incarceration. Within barely 2 yrs,I was barraged with a hasty marriage,losing a baby,giving birth to my 2nd son-right after another woman had just given birth to a daughter by my then husband,my mother( and soulmate)doing her first run at an overdose after being sober for more 12yrs,and then her 2nd and final overdose. This pretty much took me to my knees. Prison was my intervention that I can say surely saved my life. I only wish there was something like your group to help me finish the recovery and renewal process that had began with my incarceration. Frankly,I am still a mess and could use some help. It is my sincere desire to help others once I can get myself together. If you could provide any resources that I could use from here or direction of any kind I would be grateful. As with most, there is so much more than this letter that go into the kind of assistance I could use. At this point, I desperately need money towards a car to get to my drs appts and disability. Affairsm the main thing that a car would enable me to do is see my sons. I have noone left alive for family except some extremely abusive people I had to distance myself from.I am aware that you all must be very busy. Again,thank you for your time. Sincrely, Manic Mamma

Hello I am in school (taking my Bachelors in Criminal Justice, I currently tutor 4 other students to help them through college). My two sons and I are in a hotel, we are in dire need of two nights rent until friday, food is sparse but the good Lord provides, I am not asking for any cash in my hand just maybe someone if willing to call the hotel office and pay the room rate. thats all and I would promise that once my school check gets here I could pay it back.

I AM A MOTHER OF THREE SONS AND I AM MARRIED FOR 21 YEARS ON OCTOBER 1ST I HAVE BEEN THROUGH A ROUGH FEW YEARS SO MY HUSBAND AND THREE SONS LIVE WITH ME AND ONE DAUGHTER IN LAW WITH TWO BABIES MY OLDEST SON IS IN THE NAVY IN VIRGINIA AND HE IS WORKING ON TRYING TO GET THEM TO VIRGINIA WITH HIM I HAVE JUST STARTED TO GET DISABILITY IN DECEMBER AND THAT WITH THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY I ASK FROM MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAWWE ONLY HAVE 727. A MONTH FOR ALL THESE PEOPLE SO I AM BEHIND IN MY ELECTIC BILL OF 1000. DOLLARS AND I NEED TO WRK ON MY TRUCK BIG TIME LOTS OF THINGS ARE GOING WRONG THERE AS WELL AND DON'T EVEN MENTION THE GAS PRICES!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP US UNTIL MY HUSBAND CAN FIND A GOOD PAYING JOB HE HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF ME FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS AND NOW IM FEELING ALOT BETTER NOW HE CAN GO FIND A JOB SOON I HOPE PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY I HAD TO GO ON DISABILITY BECAUSE I HAD 2 STROKES AND 4 SEIZURES AND CAN'T REALLY GET AROUND VERY WELL YET

2007 started a little early this year.  On Dec. 23 my dad went into the hospital where he was diagnosed with MDS.  Please know I am 26, married and have 2 children.  My husband and I lost our home in April, and we are now renting from a family member.  In April, my dad's MDS turned into leukemia.  He has a lot of odds against him and we are all praying for a miracle.  In the meantime, my mom and dad were helping us with utilities and such as I lost my job because of everything going on, and they said I was just not preforming, I was doing the best that I could.  I have started an e-bay business that I pray takes off and my husband who still works full time is also starting a residential remodeling business on the side.  Of course we have no start up money so it is VERY slow going.  Here is the problem that I have right now, we are behind on rent and about to lose this place and we will have no where to go, I am scared.  My children are 4 and 1.  We are also behind on utilities and they plan on cutting things off starting next week.  We are using every penny that comes in to pay something towards our bills but things just continue to pile up.  We have asked family and friends for help and we have prayed and prayed and now I am doing the last thing I ever thought I would do and that is telling the world.  I know that there are people out there who want to help, I just hope someone can help us.  We do not need much, in comparision.  We need 2192.00 to get caught up on everything which will help us so much.  They have given my dad less than 6 months and I want to be able to enjoy the precious time, not worry about everything.  Thank you for listening and may God Bless you all.  Please know that I will add you to my prayer list and I will remember your thoughts and generosity. 

Well, I am a Christian.  I am a mom to 2 boys they are 4 and 1.  I am married, we have been for almost 6 years!  I am learning that life is too short and goes too fast and no matter how hard to stop the roller coaster we cannot.  I have learned that there is good in everyone, and I try to see it.  I put everyone else in front of me, which I got from my parents.  I love my family and my friends.  I love helping others.  I love making people smile, no matter how small the jesture, you can make the difference.  I have learned to be humble through this and patience.  I have learned how strong my faith is and even though it seems to be tested a little more everyday I love Christ and I plan to just get stronger.

I'm a mother of  a doughter and two sons and I need money to pay their food and education. I live in Portugal, I was a researcher but the University had no founds and I found another job but they paid me insuffiiently money. Now I am unemployed and I need to pay my debts. I'm desperated. Can anybody help me?
